From commercial solutions such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop, to open solutions including LibreOffice, Paint.net and GIMP, I'm familiar with a wide range of software products and solutions.
I'm also able to offer support for programming solutions, batch files and automation using a wide range of software tools and techniques. Custom software solutions are also possible using B4J to create cross-platform Java-based desktop and command-line applications.
I've supported Microsoft Windows installations from the time of Windows 3.1 and have an extensive knowledge of all the bversions in between. I also support Mac OS systems.
